The Role

As our VP of Engineering (m/f/d), you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, working closely with our CTO, CPO, and Head of Product to shape the future of regenerative agriculture. You’ll lead the engineering team to deliver on an ambitious product roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like big data, remote sensing, and machine learning.

You’ll attract and retain top talent, foster a high-performing and collaborative culture, and push the boundaries of innovation to position Klim as a global leader in sustainable agriculture. Are you ready to lead, inspire, and help change the way the world grows food?
