We are a well-funded and rapidly scaling insurance-tech venture reinventing how SMB businesses handle risk and insurance. We're backed by a great network of VCs supporting our vision and are excited to continue our expansion across Germany.


About the Role

In this key role, you are the glue between the founding team and the acquisition pillars (Inbound, Organic, Referral), as well as demand generation activities. You will work in close conjunction with the product team to own growth marketing topics across the organisation. This position will play a pivotal role in the success of the company and work closely with the founders towards Series A fundraising.

What success looks like in the first months

  • You develop, manage and optimize scalable acquisition strategies and processes in close alignment with the product organisation.
  • Growth hacking is part of your DNA. While demonstrating perseverance on testing & continuous iterations, you have current acquisition trends / tools on your radar.
  • You will competently manage our marketing agency partners by defining their goals, initiating suitable projects and ensuring that our goals are achieved.
  • You keep track of ongoing campaigns, select appropriate target groups, creative formats and attractive offers and budgets, and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • You create insightful reports based on raw data and dashboards, monitor key marketing KPIs and perform regular marketing controlling.
  • You will test new solutions and add-ons to continuously optimize and automate our marketing landscape.
