About the Role
We are expanding rapidly and seek a visionary leader to optimize and scale our operations. As Head of Operations, you will ensure our processes are highly efficient and scalable. Working closely with the founders and all departments, you will enhance operational excellence with the goal of evolving into a Chief Operating Officer (COO). Your role will be pivotal in shaping our future growth.
- Build and implement processes to enable swift and efficient scaling, particularly in energy and construction domains.
- Minimise manual tasks by deploying automation solutions and self-service tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of tools like Notion, Slack, and HubSpot, eliminating process disruptions.
- Develop and analyse operational KPIs (e.g., cycle time, cost per unit, resource utilisation) to drive efficiency and data-informed decisions.
- Build and lead a dedicated operations team to support growth strategies.
- Partner with teams in energy, construction, R&D, and tech to develop and implement innovative automation solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven innovation.
