We are looking for a mission-driven Founder to build and scale a category-defining weight loss consumer brand that stands for efficacy, aesthetics, and empowerment to take care of your own health. Think science-forward wellness with a vibrant, “feel-good” brand identity, offering various delivery forms, all wrapped in a lifestyle-forward, inclusive brand narrative. Leveraging early formulation work with top nutritionists, metabolic science, and design teams, you’ll launch a product line that curbs cravings, supports metabolism, and resonates with modern, health-conscious consumers.
This is your opportunity to launch a VC-backed consumer company from zero with pre-seed funding, operational support, and hands-on expertise in marketing, hiring, GTM, brand building, and product development. You’ll have access to a world-class network of founders and experts in nutrition, health, and consumer goods, while building a breakthrough weight loss brand in one of the fastest-growing markets with lasting impact on millions of people’s lives.
What You Need to Succeed
- Consumer Startup Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling consumer brands, ideally in DTC health, nutrition, or wellness
- Growth & Marketing DNA: Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand storytelling, and community-driven growth.
- Brand Storytelling & Marketing Acumen: Strong skills in crafting compelling brand narratives and running high-performance digital marketing (email flows, social/community, influencers).
- Hands-On Execution: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast, test, iterate, and solve challenges directly.
- Product & Operations Leadership: Facility in managing product formulation under regulatory frameworks, supplier relationships, and a readiness to build and refine operations from the ground up.
- Language Advantage: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
