You don’t need an idea - we have plenty and support you with pre-seed funding, operational support, and hands-on expertise in marketing, hiring, GTM, brand building, and product development. What You Need to Succeed

  • Hands-On Execution: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast, test, iterate, and solve challenges directly.
  • Consumer Startup Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling consumer brands, ideally in DTC health, nutrition, or wellness
  • Growth & Marketing DNA: Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand storytelling, and community-driven growth.
  • Brand Storytelling & Marketing Acumen: Strong skills in crafting compelling brand narratives and running high-performance digital marketing (email flows, social/community, influencers).
  • Product & Operations Leadership: Facility in managing product formulation under regulatory frameworks, supplier relationships, and a readiness to build and refine operations from the ground up.
  • Language Advantage: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
