Deine Rolle
Als Praktikant:in im Account Management Team für JobAuto unterstützt du unsere Customer Activation Manager:innen bei der Betreuung kleinerer Geschäftskund:innen. Du übernimmst eigenständig den Roll-out von Aktivierungsmaßnahmen für JobAuto in den Unternehmen und spielst eine aktive Rolle in der Lead-Akquise, indem du Mitarbeiter:innen von Unternehmen auch direkt ansprichst und für JobAuto begeisterst. Du hast damit direkten Impact auf das Wachstum von JobAuto. Darüber hinaus begleitest Du Kunden bei Themen rund um Vertrags- und Subscriptions-Management und baust langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit auf.
