The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in South Korea. You will lead customer-facing programs for next-generation batteries, coordinating with Product Development and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with customers on opportunity shaping and project structuring, define scope, requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate cross functional execution with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, align builds and tests to objectives and gates.
  • Run risk, dependency, and change control, present options and impacts, keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.
  • Lead regular onsite and remote reviews, serve as the primary customer interface, and provide concise status and presentations for management and customers.
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed for kickoffs, reviews, trials, builds, and issue resolution.

We are looking for people who:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials, or related engineering.
  • 3 plus years in technical program management for batteries, EV, or related hardware, with direct customer experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, Korean is a plus for roles based in Korea.
  • Based in Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hongkong or South Korea, willing to travel to customer and supplier sites.
  • Strong communication, meeting leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for customer presentations, plus MS Project or equivalent.
