Job Description
You’ll be working with the product and engineering team.
This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you will do:
At Exponent, we unlocked 15-min rapid charging of Lithium-ion battery as a result of our E-pump (Charger) and E-pack(Battery) working together. This needs to be packed with proper process and go through qualifying steps to move product out to customer.
That’s exactly what you'll be responsible for.
Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithm and flowcharts for automation process based on guidance
- Using the Python programming language to create scalable code.
- Creating the back-end elements.
- Develop software for instrument control using PC, raspberry PI, and Arduino hardware
- Develop interface for data collection from instrument and DUT
- Store collected data with RTC information to SD card, USB storage device
- Understand the existing process in product build and set processes and test criteria.
- Setup integration and testing
- Raise bugs, assign them to relevant sub-systems, and prioritise
The ideal candidate requires:
- Knowledge in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products.
- Fundamental knowledge of electronic hardware, mechanical fixtures, and software.
- Good understanding of measurement instruments like Datalogger, O-scope, etc.
- Good hands-on experience with commercial off-the-shelf development boards, sensors, and modules. Must have experience with R-Pi, and Arduino boards.
- Should understand specifications and should have a tendency to ask “Why”
- Ability to work on Android, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Attitude to learn, dedication, and passion to work in a team that solves problems.
