Job Description

As an ERP Program Executive at Exponent Energy, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and business operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP system (built on Frappe/ERPNext) runs smoothly — from requirement documentation and testing to training and process rollout. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, data, and problem-solving, and wants to grow into ERP Product Management or Program Leadership.

Our philosophy: Break. Believe. Build

Break stuff. Break assumptions. Break the thumb rule.

Believe in the team. Believe in the process. Believe through failures.

Build fast. Build passionately. Build to simplify.

What You’ll Do

  • Support module roll-outs across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Business.
  • Collect and document business requirements and help translate them into ERP workflows.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare SOPs/user guides.
  • Manage data uploads, validations, and testing during new deployments.
  • Partner with developers to log, track, and close system issues.
  • Communicate release updates and maintain project documentation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience or exposure to ERPNext/Frappe, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • A curiosity to understand how business processes become digital systems.

What matters:

  • Quality of work
  • Approach towards problem-solving
  • Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work
  • Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing
