Marketing & Strategy Intern (Hybrid - Based in Milan) Context on ESG Flo ESG Flo was created to address the challenges that companies face when gathering and reporting ESG data. The idea for the platform was born out of frustration with the time-consuming process of collecting and visualizing ESG data. After winning Bain & Company's global Hackathon, ESG Flo received funding and support from Bain's Founder's Studio. ESG Flo’s platform automates the data extraction process and provides traceability, visualization, and audit-readiness for environmental data. ESG Flo enables companies to achieve their sustainability goals and make informed decisions by providing insights into cost, risk, and compliance. The platform simplifies the data aggregation process, freeing up sustainability teams to focus on driving impact. Responsibilities: As the marketing and strategy intern, your key responsibilities will include: 1.    Conducting due diligence to help shape company strategies (e.g., ideal customer personas, pricing benchmarks, competitor analysis) 2.    Planning and executing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement with the target audience (e.g., marketing strategy/execution, digital advertisement such as LinkedIn/Google ads, PR campaign, ABM, etc.) 3.    Overseeing and managing our B2B social media marketing and website to enhance our online presence and foster meaningful interactions with our audience. Including LinkedIn Influencer Marketing, Copywriting, Writing Articles on Sustainability, ESG, Regulatory Framework, etc.

What You'll Do: In this role, you will: ·     Deep dive into industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. ·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create marketing materials, such as pitch decks and presentations, that effectively convey our value proposition. ·     Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Italian or German would be advantageous. ·     Based in Milan.

Experience: To thrive in this role, candidates should have: 1.    A minimum of 1 year of management consulting at top-firm and/or proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and achieving marketing goals. 2.    Familiarity with marketing analytics, including search engine optimization (SEO) and campaign metrics, to optimize marketing strategies. 3.    Expertise in managing and leveraging B2B social media campaigns such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to maximize audience engagement, personal and corporate brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads. 4.    Proficiency in design and video editing tools, such as Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing software, to create visually compelling marketing materials. Familiarity with WebFlow for eventual updates of the website design.
