Dive in and thrive!As Team Lead Data Integration (all genders), you will play a key role in driving the success of our data integration initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team of Data Integration Specialists responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining data pipelines that ensure customer data is accurately and efficiently integrated across our systems. In close collaboration with other teams, you will align efforts, support shared objectives, and contribute to delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions. At the same time, you will foster a positive, inclusive team culture that values collaboration, diversity, and mutual respect.

• You lead and develop a growing team of Data Integration Specialists, supporting both personal and professional growth while fostering a motivating and collaborative team environment.
• You are responsible for design, development, and maintenance of robust data integration pipelines that ensure seamless, accurate, and reliable data flow across systems.
• You supervise the data analysis of topological, electrical, and commercial grid data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• You oversee the team’s contributions to continuously improve the data integration framework, ensuring it remains scalable, stable, and fit for future requirements.
• You identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements that boost efficiency, consistency, and standardization across the data integration domain.
• You manage the day-to-day operations of the team, set clear performance goals, and align team output with broader company objectives. Perfection is a myth! • You have a proven track record in delivering robust data pipelines, with strong ETL know-how and the ability to design scalable integration processes.
• You have first leadership experiences and have an understanding of how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing, highly motivated teams.
• Ideally, you have a basic understanding of the energy sector and are familiar with the digitalization challenges facing modern electricity grids.
• You work in a structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented manner, tackling complexity with clarity.
• You communicate effectively in both German and English, across technical and non-technical audiences.
