Job Description
Electrum is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide scrum teams. You will be responsible to facilitate and support all scrum events/ceremonies. It shall be essential for you to ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices and to keep the teams motivated to improve the processes. This full-time position reports directly to the Director, IT. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. Some of the important attributes for this position include excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
