We are looking for a proactive, friendly and detail-oriented Accountant (m/f/d) who has knowledge of German finance and accounting regulations. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local accounting standards.

• Three years of experience in an accounting role
• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance, tax or accounting
• Use knowledge of ERP systems (ideally DATEV, Weclapp)
• You have a good knowledge of German and English and can communicate effectively in both languages
• You have an eye for detail, work carefully and enjoy working with numbers to ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance
• Your strengths include independence and the ability to work in a team
• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, allocating transactions to accounts and maintaining master data
• You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You take care of invoicing, dunning and bank account reconciliations and prepare payment runs on time
• You check and account for travel expenses and credit card expenditures and assist in the development of guidelines
• You are responsible for the timely preparation of foreign trade declarations
• Monitor inventory and support policy-compliant fixed asset accounting
• You support us in the continuous development of our processes and structures within the administration and finance department
• Actively Participate in the design and development of internal controls to streamline operations and facilitate collaboration with other departments
• Competent contact person for internal and external interest groups in all finance and accounting-related inquiries
