We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Production Assembly Worker - (f/m/d) to join our production team in Wijchen and in this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process.We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented assembly workers to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality bicycles from the ground up, ensuring every bike meets our standards for performance, durability, and finish.

• Assemble complete bicycles from frame to final check, following SOPs and technical documentation
• Install and calibrate drivetrain, brakes, wheels, cockpit components, and electronics
• Conduct in-line quality checks to ensure every build meets specifications
• Identify and report deviations or issues with parts or processes
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily output targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Proven experience in bike or mechanical assembly (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of bicycle components and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with torque specs, hydraulic systems, and adjustment procedures
• Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain consistent output quality
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
