Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller / Part-Time Controller to join our Finance team.
This role is ideal for a CPA with 2–4 years of post-certification experience, looking to gain deeper exposure to financial management, consolidations, and global accounting operations within a fast-growing technology company.
You will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting, cash management, and compliance processes, while supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
Location: Netanya, Israel
Requirements
דKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
- Prepare and review the company’s consolidated financial statements
- Manage cash flow, monitor bank balances, and oversee vendor payments
- Coordinate and support external audits and annual financial reviews
- Ensure compliance with Israeli GAAP and assist with IFRS and US tax reporting
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management, supporting business decisions
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies
- Participate in and lead ad-hoc finance and accounting projects
