Job Description
Who You Are: You are someone who enjoys a dynamic growth environment and wants to use your sales skills in a way that positively impacts environmental change while building an amazing culture and company.

Essential Duties
- Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
- Call on potential clients to present cove.tools products and services.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
- Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
- Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.
- Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients and the successful completion of the first project.
- Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
- Record all sales activity and results in HubSpot in a timely manner, preferably daily.
- Work closely with Client Services and Implementation team to support effective new client implementation and transition.
- Complete regular reports as required, including CRM updates.
- On an as needed basis, assist leadership in the development of less experienced Account Executives.
- Maintain ethical business practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Haves
· 3-6 years’ experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
· Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
· Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
· Strong mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills
· Curiosity to learn new things
Nice to haves
· Bachelor’s degree in business (finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, economics, or strategic management)
· Familiarity with CRM tools—specifically with HubSpot—a plus
· Sales Methodology Training
· Domain knowledge in AEC
