The Opportunity
At Connecterra, we never do things “just because.” When it comes to today and our future in the dairy industry, we are always thinking, strategizing, planning for what the dairy industry needs now and in the future? What comes next? What does next look like?
You’ll get to be a part of what comes next as a Connecterra Customer Success Manager. This key connector role will be the connector between the Customer, Sales and Product teams, reporting to the US Sales Director. If you love to drive success and be a leader, then being our Customer Success Manager is for you. This role will help farmers and their advisors with getting the most out of the features keeping their workflow and goals in mind while also bringing back feedback on how/where to improve the product, or opportunities that can be interesting.

At Connecterra you’ll work in a team and collaborative environment as you will lead customer success focused on the same, ultimately driving success. Of course, we’re not just aiming to grow our product and business. You’ll be one of our most important assets, so we foster an environment of continuous personal growth. You will lead the customer onboarding and training and provide continued product trainings. You will help the customer use the product to is maximum and help evolve the product based on what you hear. You are our eyes and ears with our customers. You work with the customer, creatively work around solutions and fit to their context and work but also become the voice of the customer internally.
You understand how data is used on US dairy farms and by their advisors, and how it can help set goals, collaborate and create efficiency and value-added insights.
You are our Customer Success Manager
- You will be responsible for identifying farmer and partner challenges and opportunities and finding out how our Platform can solve these issues. Successful outcomes will deliver against company targets and growth ambitions.
- You own commercial execution of pilots and POCs with farmers and partners and drive towards roll out. You will work closely with sales & product teams to deliver against objectives and goals.
- As the Customer Success Manager, you will be managing the project objectives and goals, timelines, scheduling, farmer and partner Asks toward completion
- You are the connector, the go to, the leader between the farmer, partner, sales, and product teams with accountability within the scope/timeline of the project or Proof of Concept being determined
- Central communications person, written and verbal communications and collaboration between the mentioned parties
- Organization-attention to detail, follow-up ensuring the project stays on task and customer needs are elevated
- Above all, the ideal candidate will believe in the mission, people, products, and services of Connecterra and can supercharge its revenue and growth trajectory.
