• Welcome & guest services: You act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, authentically representing Climeworks with professionalism and warmth. You manage visitor registration, parking, and access control, and handle incoming calls and inquiries in German and English, always providing clear and friendly communication.
• Facility operations: You support the smooth day-to-day running of the office - from cleanliness checks to managing reception and kitchen areas. You oversee supplies, deliveries, and office materials across all floors, coordinate cleaning and maintenance services, and take proactive action to keep the workspace tidy, efficient, and enjoyable. You also assist with practical daily tasks when needed (e.g., loading dishwashers or organizing spaces).
• Teamwork & collaboration: You work closely with the Facility Manager and Workplace team to handle daily operations and shared responsibilities. You support or cover for the Facility Management team when required and contribute ideas to improve the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
