Job Description
- Your mission at Climeworks is to lead the learning & development center of expertise, with a particular emphasis on developing leaders and internal trainings.
- You assess the organization's learning needs and create learning and development programs tailored to Climeworks as part of the Climeworks Academy.
- You plan, oversee, and implement all training programs, Climeworks’ Leadership Onboarding and Leadership Development Program.
- You measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and derive recommendations for future learning and development programs.
- You support talent management and succession planning, taking charge of L&D programs and initiatives involving internal and external trainers.
- You review, improve, and manage global end-to-end L&D processes, policies, and platforms.
- You are responsible for budget, reporting and supplier management.
