Job Description

• Welcome services: You are the first point of contact for visitors, authentically representing Climeworks and supporting colleagues. You ensure a professional welcome, including visitor announcements, registration, parking management, and access control.
• Communication and service handling: You manage incoming calls in German & English, handle emails and FM tickets (Equans) within 24 hours, and take care of postal and courier services.
• Office & facility management: You ensure smooth daily office operations by managing reception, cleanliness checks, and stock levels, while coordinating cleaning services, restocking supplies across all floors, and maintaining inventories of food, office goods, furniture, and equipment. You actively support the team with practical tasks when needed, such as loading dishwashers, to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.
• Collaboration, backup, and job sharing: You work alongside the Facility Manager and team to handle daily facility tasks and share responsibilities with colleagues, including covering duties of the Facility Coordinator, ensuring seamless continuity of services. Job sharing is also a potential option, allowing responsibilities to be effectively split and coordinated between team members.
