Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process
• You create meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements
• You conduct active sourcing projects via various channels and platforms
• You plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• You support and advise hiring managers in the selection process
• You are responsible for relationship management with promising candidates also for building an external talent pipeline
• You negotiate with job platforms for the placement of job advertisements
• You identify and establish suitable recruiting channels
• You cooperate with external recruitment agencies and other external partners
• You monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment objectives are met
• You create interview trainings and concepts
• You have relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search
• You have successfully created and introduced recruitment processes and guidelines
• You are proactive and are experienced in stakeholder management
• You are confident working with ATS tools
