Become part of our People & Culture team in Munich, where we figure out creative ways to maintain and develop our company’s unique spirit and sense of purpose. Operating across Europe and the US, we continuously adapt to the evolving needs of our dynamic organization.
- You support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
- You identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation within People Operations
- You generate regular key figures and contribute to operational reporting
- You coordinate operational interfaces to payroll accounting and ensure the timely and compliant data transfer
- You are a trusted contact person for our internal stakeholders as well as for external bodies, in particular social security institutions, tax and auditors
- You participate in HR projects, also in an international context
- You are in close coordination with other international HR functions as well as Finance, Legal, Corporate IT, and Taxes
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a good understanding of HR best practices and employment laws with focus on Germany
- You have knowledge of HR processes and systems, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, employment contracts, payroll, and HRIS platforms
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and promoting a positive work culture
