Job Description

- You play a pivotal role in empowering customers to embrace climate action by integrating their business processes with ClimatePartner Solutions through API, driving growth and success of ClimatePartner integration business
- You collaborate closely with sales and customer management to strategically position and successfully promote API based integration solutions
- You excel in challenging digitalization projects, collaborating seamlessly with our engineering team to achieve successful customer integration
- You contribute valuable insights to enhance API-related solutions while actively shaping the next milestones on the roadmap, ensuring that API development remains focused on delivering maximum customer value
- You are a curious analytical thinker with a proactive solution-oriented mindset who is able to empathize with customers and internal stakeholders. Your working style is autonomous, communicative, efficient, and well-structured
- You are proficient with the API related languages and tools such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Postman, DataDog
- You have experience with B2B customer projects and familiar with project management aspects
- You bring understanding of how the economic factors impact the profitability and sustainability of a product or service
- You are able to communicate effectively with customers on the technical as well as non-technical level by explaining and communicating complex topics in a comprehensible way
- You have a proven track record of effectively collaborating with Product Management and Software Developers
