Job Description
At Volkswagen ClimatePartner GmbH, we develop and finance certified carbon offset projects that create better living conditions for people on the frontlines of climate change. To achieve this, we focus on nature-based solutions - in particular forest conservation, reforestation, and sustainable agriculture - and implement projects in the field of renewable energies and innovative mobility concepts. In this way, we support the development of sustainable ecosystems and thus sustainable development with added social value in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- You support the management and the team in day-to-day business such as the preparation and follow-up of meetings
- You support with administrative and strategic topics such as appointment coordination, travel planning or the preparation of shareholder meetings
- You coordinate and independently carry out projects and take over special topics such as the organization of event
- You are responsible for updating and creating PowerPoint presentations
- You acquire in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day business and the processes behind it
- You maintain an overview of the team's topics and act as an interface to all areas
- You have a degree in business administration or equivalent
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience in the field of project management, personal assistance or as a management consultant
- You are organized, work in a structured and careful manner and like to take on responsibility
- You are familiar with MS Office
- You are open-minded and like to communicate
- You are interested in the topics sustainability and climate action
