We are looking for an Product Specialist to join our Product Research & Innovation chapter. Your work will be shaping and guiding the sustainable decisions of consumers and investors throughout the world.

Position Overview

We are looking for an individual to work on the creation of new methodologies and features for our product. The position is within our Regulation team, which develops tools to help investors assess the sustainability of their investments under regulatory frameworks such as the EU Taxonomy.

The Product Specialist should possess exceptional quantitative skills and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting. The ideal candidate loves having different types of problems thrown at them, is able to quickly digest and understand the key challenges, and provides actionable advice and guidance on how to proceed.

LOCATION: This role can be performed remotely from the UK or Spain.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

  • Work closely with other chapters (e.g., product management, data engineering, data science, business development) to define, create and validate our solutions. Fostering an environment of effective collaboration and coordination across chapters
  • Identify, understand and evaluate different methodological options and propose the most appropriate solutions for our clients
  • Identify and propose continuous improvements and refinements to the product functionalities and methodologies
  • Explore statistical properties of datasets and identify relevant insights that support the development of new features to improve our product
  • Prepare analysis and presentations that document insights and findings to drive the decision making process and communicate results

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Outstanding quantitative, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Deeply passionate about sustainability
  • Intellectual curiosity and sense of humor
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience are preferred
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns and trends in complex data sets, with tools such as Python, R or SQL
  • Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative
  • Decisive and action oriented who can get things done, make rapid decisions even when short of information, and has a high level of energy and stamina
  • Degree in engineering, economics, statistics, math, or other applied quantitative field
  • Complete fluency in English (minimum C1)
