We are looking for a Director/VP of GTM Strategy to join our Strategy team. As a Director/VP of GTM Strategy, you will play a key role at Clarity AI, leading a team focused on the definition and execution of Global GTM strategy across geographies from the US to the EU and the Middle East and across segments (investors, corporates, consumers and Governments), as well you will play a key role, with almost daily interaction with the CEO that would allow allowing a top candidate to impact Clarity AI's success directly.
The role is a perfect opportunity to join Clarity AI in a pivotal role that can generate impact from day one and that will open the door to several other senior positions within the company.
Location: Madrid/Barcelona or London (we offer relocation support)
Key Responsibilities:
GO TO MARKET STRATEGY:
- Coordinate quarterly and yearly GTM strategy and goals alongside Head of Strategy, Head of Product and Head of Solutions (and Finance). E.g., Segment and use case prioritisation, Geographic footprint, Team sizing, Strategic account engagement strategy and Key partnerships and platform distribution strategy
- Review of quarterly and annual GTM metrics and results and consequent strategy adjustments
- Define the action plan to follow the defined strategy and meet the defined goals (Product, Sales, Marketing)
PMO OF TRANSVERSAL GTM INITIATIVES
- Strategic accounts tracking
- Project Management of initiatives for each quarter to ensure performance is aligned with targets, and “live” changes can be made based on market response.
- Inter team coordination and coaching to accelerate actions in PMO
- Reporting in Operational Committees (OPCO) to ensure the proper steering of company-wide actions
- Ad-Hoc tactical sales campaign definition and management (as required)
PRICING STRATEGY
- Definition of company-wide pricing strategy:
- Direct sales
- Platform redistribution
- Definition of product-pricing bundles together with Product Owners and Sales
- Pricing tool development
- Sales team coaching on pricing
AD-HOC SUPPORT (high-priority topics)
- Go-to-market Market Intelligence & Battlecards
- Interim: Platforms leadership coverage
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience after graduate school, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact
- Associate Principal/Principal level (or equivalent title) experience at a tier-one consulting firm.
- Sophisticated executive, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organisations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
- Team orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
- Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
- Previous experience in Start-ups and scale-ups is considered a plus.
