About the Role
As an early and core member of the Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical part in executing, optimizing, and scaling our sales operations to sustain and fuel our growth.You will steward and continuously improve the intersection of our people, processes, and technologies (especially Salesforce) to ensure outcomes are achieved in the most efficient and effective way possible. You will use data to promote alignment and clarity across functions on the state of our business, identify opportunities for improvement, and track progress toward our goals. You will also opportunistically step in to close gaps, execute, and resolve ambiguities within our commercial processes to enable a seamless customer experience as our business grows and evolves. To be successful, you’ll need to eagerly dive in to help improve our business in whatever ways are most needed, demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, bring clarity and action to ambiguous challenges, and apply a data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
