Senior Manager, Industrial Support

• ## What You Will Be Doing
  The Industrial Support Engineer is a member of the Industrial Support team and reports to the Industrial Support Manager. The focus of the Industrial Support Engineer is to manage a portfolio of Industrial customers, organized in Cultural Areas. In the customer journey, the Industrial Support Engineer takes over from the Industrial Project Manager once a complex or custom solution has been delivered and commissioned. The Industrial Support Engineer is carefully on-boarded, and made aware of the specificities of the project and put in touch with the different industrial players relative to the account. The Industrial Support Engineer may also be consulted during tenders, brought into discussions regarding Maintenance contracts and will be involved in New Product Introductions.
  The Industrial Support Engineer has a holistic approach to account care-taking. Internally, they might consult with subject matter experts or delegate tasks to individual contributors. They will also be in charge of triaging incoming issues reported by the Industrial Partner. The Industrial Support Engineer might troubleshoot technical issues based on single line diagrams, charger & vehicle logs and other tools at their disposal.
  ## What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  · You speak several languages.
  · You have a technical background: Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering.
  · You are comfortable with ambiguity and you enjoy taking decisions based on first principle thinking.

  ## Requirements
  Experience working with Enterprise customers in Utilities Transportation or the Energy sector.
  An engineering degree, or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Software or Electrical Engineering.
