You are the woman / man for everything that has to do with organisation in a young, dynamically growing company. This is a mixture of office management, purchasing, event management and personal assistant. You make sure, that everything needed is available in the office and functions smoothly, organise team events (company run, team offsite at the lake, Christmas party...), get hoodies and stationery with our company logo and support the management with research activities, appointment coordination, travel bookings, lecture preparation, etc. You support us in office management, purchasing and event management.You are an organisational talent and like to get things done. You coordinate with your colleagues in a good mood and make sure things run smoothly. You are empathetic and communicative, but can also listen and recognise where things can be done better. You like to take responsibility and put things into practice on your own.

You are reliable and complete assigned tasks with a high degree of independence. If you are missing important information, you proactively obtain it. You work professionally and keep confidential information to yourself. You can be relied upon.

You are inquisitive and go through the world with your eyes open. You accept feedback and are willing to critically question your own actions. You have a growth mindset and like to learn new things. You know that there is a lot you don't know and you get the facts before you make a judgement.

You like to do things for the first time, but you are not afraid to establish intelligently designed processes for regularly recurring tasks and, as far as possible, to (partially) automate them with the help of software.

You are keen to play an active role in shaping the working environment of a young, impact-orientated start-up in the spirit of good cooperation.

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.

You are familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are not afraid to use digital tools.
