Job Description
LumApps’ in-house legal department provides advice and support on all aspects of the Company’s business. The Team comprises 9 lawyers based primarily in the Lyon (France) region.
*Missions*
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with a principle focus on customer facing contracts.
- Contributing to the revision and development of legal practices and templates specifically in relation to German-speaking countries.
- Assisting with post-merger integration activities.
- Participating in the continued assessment of the risks arising out of research and development (R&D) , distribution and other business activities.
- Providing legal support with respect to other legal activities on an “as needed” basis.
*Skills*
- LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law.
- Qualified to practise as an in-house lawyer in Germany with 3 to 7 years experience in IT contracts (with an emphasis on SaaS)
- Team-oriented attitude and flexible with a proven ability to work to deadlines
- Fluent in English and German
