Job Description

The Manger - Core Accounting Services role is responsible for overseeing and guiding a growing team of management accountants and AP clerks in Manila who support global business operations. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations while also driving process improvements to improve the control environment and create a scalable efficient finance hub. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, the Manager - Core Accounting Services will manage financial processes, drive process optimization, and collaborate closely with global finance teams. They must measure, report and drive improvement on key KPIs to deliver on quality customer service. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can drive positive change, manage complex financial operations, and ensure high standards in financial reporting and compliance. They must be a strong communicator who are able to gain trust of senior leaders within the Group and act as key liaison.
