Job Description

About the role
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving technical implementation and success for our clients, combining deep product expertise with project delivery capabilities. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading them through successful technical onboarding, integration, and optimisation phases of their journey with our product suite. The role requires you to balance hands-on technical guidance with project management excellence, ensuring our solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with our clients' business objectives.
